Storing the cylinder
Always upright, in a ventilated place, out of the sun and away from heat. Never in a cellar or a closed space under the stairs.
Moving the cylinder
Valve closed, cylinder upright. Do not roll it or drop it.
Hose and regulator
Check that the hose is not cracked or hardened, and replace it by the date marked. To look for a leak, use soapy water, never a flame.
Ventilating the kitchen
Keep the room where you cook ventilated. Never leave a flame unattended.
A cylinder in good shape
Refuse a cylinder that is rusty, dented or has a damaged valve.
After cooking
Close the cylinder valve when you stop cooking, especially at night.
This is general advice. Also follow the instructions of your distributor and of your stove's manufacturer.
