In the app
- Open the MyGaz or MyGaz Pro app.
- Go to Profile, then Settings.
- Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.
What is deleted
Your account and your personal data: name, phone, address, preferences. Within thirty days.
What is kept
Transactions and accounting records, ten years, under tax law. Connection logs, twelve months. Device readings, in aggregated and anonymous form.
The devices at home
The sensor stops measuring for your account. What happens to the box is settled with your agency.
